This Privacy Policy sets out the policy regarding the confidentiality of the information and documents shared by the parties that have signed the User Agreement with Hiringloop ("Company") during their use of the candidate evaluation platform ("Platform") offered by Hiringloop.
As Hiringloop, it is our first priority to protect the information provided by the Company, Company officials or employees during the membership phase and during the use of the platform and to ensure their confidentiality. For this reason, the information provided by the Company and shared on the Platform will not be used in any scope other than the rules and purposes specified in the User Agreement, and will not be shared with third parties.
Hiringloop processes personal data shared on the Platform as a "data processor" within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, in accordance with its obligations stipulated in the relevant legislation.
Where acting as a data processor, Hiringloop's activities are mostly limited to the technical aspects of data processing. The authority to take decisions regarding the processing of personal data belongs to the data controller. Again in this context, the rights of the relevant person stipulated in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 must be conveyed to the relevant data controller. In cases where Hiringloop acts as the data controller, all necessary processes are operated within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and its secondary regulations.

It takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security and has the necessary inspections done.
Hiringloop cannot disclose the personal data obtained about the Company, employees and other third parties to others in violation of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and cannot use it for purposes other than processing.
Hiringloop may change this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying through the platform or by e-mail. The Privacy Policy provisions amended by Hiringloop become effective on the date of notification.
